Chipotle Chicken Pizza

This is perhaps the most famous of Natalie’s signature pizzas. It is also one of the original recipes she came up with when she started making gluten free pizza. It may not be for everyone, as some people like Nathan’s dad don’t believe chicken belongs on pizza, “It’s Adam and Eve, not Chicken and Pizza!” However we think it not only belongs, but it is certainly blessed by God. This pizza makes my mouth water just writing about it. Unfortunately, as seems to be the case with many people these days, Natalie has continued to develop allergies and now cannot enjoy the avocado on this pizza, it’s still good without it, but it does add a fair amount of deliciousness. We recommend it if you’re not allergic.

You can use our dough as your base, or you can add these toppings to any crust you like, gluten free or otherwise. If you create a variant you like, please let us know as we also love to try new variations of our pizza recipes! Here it is:
